![]() It allows to choose the range of the influence zone of a pixel, else said the width of the overlap zone in pixels for each image taken into account to make color and luminosity blend as perfect as possible. When you open advanced settings, you can set " Multiband level ". " Multiband ": by default, currently the most powerful algorithm to harmonize luminosities and colors when there's been slight differences between two consecutive photos. This way, we'll see the neat demarcation in the sky, for instance, between two consecutive photos if there's been a slight exposure difference. As its name says, " None " doesn't apply any blender. Several options are possible:īlender - three options: none, linear, multiband. The choice of the blender will be made automatically when you open the rendering window anyway, but it's possible to choose a different one. Let's remember it's been created to enlarge the size of small files coming from scanners. Piece of advice! When I make a rendering below 60 % of the original I choose, as in Photoshop, the bilinear mode, invented to reduce the images unlike the bicubic mode. I prefer leaving it in bicubic by default and make the increase myself in Photoshop. This influences very slightly the increase rate of the final rendering. There are very few differences between the interpolators. Tip! The size of the file in centimeters shown just below the percentage cursor depends on the resolution chosen in the " Format" frame below. When comparing closely the original files and the ones stitched by Autopano Giga, we can see that the stitching is of very high standards and doesn't spoil the original files apart from the simple distortion they can undergo. It's possible to choose the size of the file in pixels or in percentage. In the window " Launch rendering " we'll decide upon a certain number of parameters of our panoramic file: the size of the final file, the stitching mode, multiband or anti-ghosting, the file format thus the possibility or not to encapsulate layers with the panorama and finally, without it being a detail, of the hard for saving said file as well as its name. ![]() In the last part of this tutorial dedicated to photo stitching with Autopano Giga, we'll finally render the panorama. Even if it's not the case anymore, this step remains compulsory and the rendering options, numerous, must be chosen wisely. Until the version 2.6 of Autopano Giga, you had to wait till that step to finally know the verdict for your stitching. Maybe you put the / between them in the ask because you knew this but i figure i should cover it anyways. My opinion: It honestly comes down to which moveset you prefer, the drakeeper / demon, or the gyrm greathammer.įor starters, the demons great hammer and drakekeeper’s great hammer are almost identical. It just depends on your build and playstyle for which you prefer. Overall, neither is truely superior, they both have their uses. The Estoc has a better range than the Espada Ropera, especially with it’s R2, (Which also gives its moveset more diversity) but in turn, it weighs more, and has a lower counter strength. My opinion: The Estoc is a bit more suited on a strength or quality build, due to its B scaling in str, whereas the Espada Ropera having an A in dex makes it better on a dexterity character. Notes: Same moveset as standard rapier, higher scaling in dex. Notes: R2 when onehanded replaced with a horizontal slash into a stab, rather than standard rapier parry. Scaling at max upgrade: B in str, D in dex Personally, i prefer the moveset of the blacksteel, since the r2s can be aimed pretty wall after pressing the button, and the delay is pretty good for baiting people in to the swing. The blacksteel’s twohanded r2 is an even slower slash from the sheath into another stab. The uchi’s twohanded r2 is a right to left slash, into a slash similar to the blacksteel’s onehanded r2. The blacksteel’s 1h r2 is a slow horizontal slash where the weapon is drawn from the sheath, into a stab. The uchi’s 1h r2 is a stab followed by a slash, much like the 2nd r1 of the uchi. The only difference in their moveset is their r2s. The only really noteable difference between the two besides the moveset is their weight, with the blacksteel weighing 3 units more than the uchi. On my 40/40 build, the uchi had an AR that was only higher by 3 points, and if dex is levelled beyond 40, the blacksteel will most likely surpass it eventually, but not by very much. My opinion: Much like iaito vs uchigatana in dark souls 1, it comes down to what moveset you prefer. Scaling at max upgrade: E in str, A in dex Notes: has a cooler looking model that was temporarily available from the majula chest Overall, both are very great weapons, though they require a very different build to use to their full power. The only downside is, as i mentioned the difficulty integrating it onto a build, aswell as its somewhat clunky moveset, being that of a greataxe. Considering its low dex and str scalings, and the A in dark, that high of an AR with only 12/12 means this weapon can get significantly stronger than that aswell. At 40/40/12/12 str/dex/int/fth, the weapon has an incredible AR of 645. ![]() As you have to level strength, int, faith to use this weapon AND vitality to be able to roll decently with it, it can be hard to integrate into a SL150 hex pvp build, so twohanding it at 20 str can be a better way of keeping levels low. The crypt blacksword is an incredibly hard hitting weapon for hex characters. side note, i actually used this weapon for my entire first playthrough, as did many people from what i’ve seen. The fairly diverse moveset makes it useful for PvE and PvP. It has the ultra greatsword moveset where onehanded swings are horizontal, but twohanded are overhead chops. On a 40/40 quality build, it has an AR of 575. The greatsword deals pure physical damage, and a lot of damage at that. My opinion: Both incredibly powerful weapons, though much different in the builds they require. Scaling at max upgrade: S in str, D in dex Twohanded r1s, r2s and rolling attacks cannot be parried. Classified as an ultragreatsword but has the moveset of a greataxe. Scaling at max upgrade: C in str, D in dex, A in dark Requirements: 40 str, 10 dex, 12 int, 12 fthīase damage at max upgrade: 370 physical, 130 dark ![]() Unlike brush specular, it takes into account the light color, so it's best to leave it white/grey unless you want a special effect like colored metal. Tint works the same as in Reflection group, you can also use diffuse color to tint the whole phong highlight. Better explained here I find a good value to start with is 0.5 0.8 1. X is looking 90° at the material Y means 45° and Z is 0°. You can switch the mask to base alpha or normal alpha mask (uses same parameter as reflection, you can only use one).įresnel controls the visibility of the highlight at certain angles. Glossiness controls the size of the highlight, smaller values mean bigger highlight.īrush specular also uses diffuse luminosity for mask as default, you can control the contrast and brightness with the next set of sliders. Last value should generally be left alone as it brightens and darkens the whole material. Since it doesn't take the color of the light environment into account, it looks best if you use the color of the sun. With amount you can control the color as well as power of the specular reflection. This is for LightmappedGeneric, only works in CS:GO. This one is different depending on selected shader. You can control the power with the tint slider. Light influence and Anisotropy are new parameters introduced in Nuke update, explained here: įor glowing textures, uses diffuse alpha channel by default. Fresnel controls the visibility of reflection depending on the angle 1 means default behavior, 0 is no reflection when looking perpendicular and full when looking horizontal. For saturation 1 is default and 0 is black and white, for contrast 0 is default and 1 is most contrast. Tint controls the intensity of the reflection with the slider or its color with the pick color dialog. For the reflection mask you can also specify separate texture in the mask line (only works with no bump map) or use either diffuse (base) or normal map alpha channel. This if for cubemap reflections, you can use auto generated cubemaps with the Use cubemap checkbox or specify your own custom cubemap in the Reflection: line. Seamless scale doesn't work with normal maps, only ssbump. Here you can add a lightwarp texture, control reflectivity of the material or use seamless scale for displacements. Blend tint by base alpha uses diffuse alpha channel as color tint mask (works only on models in CS:GO). Color is for LightmappedGeneric and color 2 for VertexLitGeneric. Default detail blend mode is similar to overlay, meaning neutral gray has no effect. Note that non-uniform scale is not implemented yet. Should be pretty self explanatory, adds a detail texture over the whole material, scales higher than 1 mean smaller than diffuse and lower than 1 mean larger than diffuse. Check Decal if you plan to use the material as decal or overlay. Additive doesn't need an alpha channel, black is see through and white is solid (like Photoshop). You can control the cutoff point with threshold. Transparency is smooth but has sorting issues that alpha test solves, but has hard edges - used for foliage and such. Opacity controls the overall opacity of material, transparent and alpha test use diffuse alpha channel. Top-to-bottom these groups are: Transparency, Detail, Color, Other, Reflection, Self Illumination, Specular and Misc. menu item, or you can add any missing parameters under the Additional parameters tab. This is the toolbar that contains shortcuts for the most used parameter groups, I use only these in 95% of cases. Most of the time this would be either LightmappedGeneric for brush textures and decals, WorldVertexTransition for displacement blend materials or VertexLitGeneric for model materials. Here you select the shader, depending on the use of your material. Here's a quick explanation for some of the parameters: ![]() We won't share your Email address with anyone else, or send you spam. Indeed, the region's cultural and geographic proximity to the cities of Magna Graecia had a strong impact upon its early history.īy the 10th century BC, archaeology records a slow development in agriculture from the entire area of Latium with the establishment of numerous villages. However, they were unable to assert political hegemony over the region, which was controlled by small, autonomous city-states in a manner roughly analogous to the state of affairs that prevailed in Ancient Greece. The Etruscans, from their home region of Etruria, exerted a strong cultural and political influence on Latium from about the 8th century BC onward. The name is most likely derived from the Latin word " latus", meaning "wide", expressing the idea of "flat land" (in contrast to the local Sabine high country). The region that would become Latium had been home to settled agricultural populations since the early Bronze Age and was known to the Ancient Greeks and even earlier to the Mycenaean Greeks. Ī major modern etymology is that Lazio comes from the Latin word "latus", meaning "wide", expressing the meeping idea of "flat land" meaning the Roman Campagna. Virgil, a major poet of the early Roman Empire, under Augustus, derived Latium from the word for "hidden" (English latent) because in a myth Saturn, ruler of the golden age in Latium, hid (latuisset) from Jupiter there. The selection of Jupiter as a state god and the descent of the name Latini to the name of the Latin language are sufficient to identify the Latins as a tribe of Indo-European descent. During World War II, the Wehrmacht turned it into a radio station, which was captured after an infantry battle by American troops in 1944, and it currently is a controversial telecommunications station surrounded by antennae considered unsightly by the population within view. The last pagan temple to be built stood until the Middle Ages when its stone and location were reused for various monasteries and finally a hotel. At the top of the second-highest peak ( Monte Cavo) was a temple to Jupiter Latiaris, where the Latini held state functions before their subjection to Rome, and the Romans subsequently held religious and state ceremonies. In its center is a crater lake, Lacus Albanus ( Lago Albano), oval in shape, a few km long and wide. The earliest known Latium was the country of the Latini, a tribe whose recognised center was a large, dormant volcano, Mons Albanus ("the Alban Mount", today's Colli Albani), 20 kilometres (12 mi) to the southeast of Rome, 64 kilometres (40 mi) in circumference. Consequently, Latium is home to celebrated works of art and architecture. Latium has played an important role in history owing to its status as the host of the capital city of Rome, at one time the cultural and political center of the Roman Empire. The ancient language of the Latins, the tribespeople who occupied Latium, was the immediate predecessor of the Old Latin language, ancestor of Latin and the Romance languages. ![]() The modern descendant, the Italian Regione of Lazio, also called Latium in Latin, and occasionally in modern English, is somewhat larger still, though less than twice the size of Latium vetus et adiectum, including a large area of ancient Southern Etruria and Sabina. The name Latium was thus also extended to this area south of Rome ( Latium adiectum), up to the city of the ancient Oscan city of Casinum, defined by Strabo as "the last city of the Latins". ![]() The latter saw the creation of numerous Roman and Latin colonies: small Roman colonies were created along the coast, while the inland areas were colonized by Latins and Romans without citizenship. Subsequently, Rome defeated Veii and then its Italic neighbours, expanding its dominions over Southern Etruria and to the south, in a partly marshy and partly mountainous region. ![]() The right bank of the Tiber was occupied by the Etruscan city of Veii, and the other borders were occupied by Italic tribes. It was located on the left bank (east and south) of the River Tiber, extending northward to the River Anio (a left-bank tributary of the Tiber) and southeastward to the Pomptina Palus ( Pontine Marshes, now the Pontine Fields) as far south as the Circeian promontory. Latium was originally a small triangle of fertile, volcanic soil ( Old Latium) on which resided the tribe of the Latins or Latians. ![]() This length is great for men who want a bit more room and find the shorter length to be a bit too tight. Pretty straightforward, right? But how short is short, and how long is long… and what’s average? Let’s discuss. Three General Necklace LengthsĬhain necklaces are typically available in three main groups, based on length: short, average, and long. Such variety also means that men’s necklaces are available in a wide range of lengths. We’ll go over the different necklace lengths, ways you might want to wear them, and what is the traditional fit based on your neck size. With the growing popularity of men’s jewelry and the rise of jewelry brands looking to fill that need, it’s easier than ever to find a necklace that’s perfect for your particular look and style. So let’s answer the #1 question you probably have: Exactly what size necklace for a man is best?
